Send a digital case

Sending a case to K-Tech Dent Lab has never been easier with digital scanning technology. We support all major digital scanning platforms, including the 3Shape TRIOS®, Align Technology iTero™, Carestream, Planmeca® , Sirona’s CEREC®, and the Medit i500.

Medit i500

Option 1:

  • Visit https://www.meditlink.com/register and select “don’t have an account? Sign up.”
  • Select the “Administrator” option under the category that best fits your business.
  • Provide your information and check your email for a verification link. This email will also contain instruction to download the software.
  • Select “Add New Partner” and search for K-Tech Dental Laboratory to start sending cases to our lab.

Option 2:

  • Export .STL, .PLY, or .OBJ files from scanner.
  • Upload files through R-Dent’s file uploader, which can be found at rdentlab.com/send-a-case/upload-files/.

  • Visit us.3shapecommunicate.com.
  • Search cadcam@ktechdentallab.com to find our lab and connect.
  • Select R-Dent whenever sending files.

Carestream CS3700

Option 1:

  • EmailK-Tech Dental Lab at cadcam@ktechdentallab.com and we will connect with your scanner.

Option 2:

  • Select Carestream Connect on your scanner and search for K-Tech Laboratory or cadcam@ktechdentallab.com.
  • Select K-Tech Dental Laboratory when submitting raw .STL files.

iTero™

Option 1:

  • Select “Find a Laboratory” on your iTero Scanner or use lab locator at www.itero.com.
  • Connect with K-Tech Dental Lab using our Company ID _______.
  • After connecting to us as a Lab, select K-Tech Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files.

Option 2:

  • Call 800-577-8767.
  • Select Option 1.
  • Request that K-Tech Dental Lab is added to your scanner using our phone number: ___________
  • After K-Tech Dental Lab has been added, restart your scanner.
  • After connecting to us as a lab, select K-Tech Dental Lab on your scanner when sending files.

Sirona CEREC® Primescan

  • Create or login to your CEREC® Connect account.
  • Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  • Search for K-Tech Dental Lab as the Company Name. Check the box for K-Tech Dental Lab and select ADD to complete registration.
  • Whenever submitting your case via CEREC®, select K-Tech Dental Lab from your list.
